The snap dragons are exploding and we have them is white, pink, coral, red, raspberry and a new rose pink super snap that is blowing my mind. I have it photographed below but the true size and color are not captured. You just have to see it to believe it.
We are enjoying the last of the lilacs, so enjoy them while they last. They are so very brief and all the sweeter for it. The bouquet above is a tradition. I inherited this vase from my beloved grandmother. Every year I fill it with lilac, because she loved them so much, and I loved her so much, in her honor. She would have loved loved loved this farm and my sweet grandfather would have been blown away, especially during rose season. He grew prize winning roses that colored my childhood.
Other amazing new blooms, baptisia, catmint and lupine are just beginning--all shades of blue to violet. The sweet peas are in heaven with these cooler temps and have grown too tall so I have them available on the vine, really long vines. The foliage looks fantastic too so make sure you get some sage, dusty miller and firecracker.
The viburnum is also very happy and we have an excellent selection of lace cap and snowball. I also have Lily of the Valley and will have some on the truck but if you want it for sure please call/email/text to order. Thank you for the prosperous spring and here's to an outstanding summer!
